Return of goods within 14 days
- according to § 1829 of the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. , the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. You are entitled even if you place an order online with personal collection at one of our brick-and-mortar stores.
Conditions for speeding up the return of money to the customer:
- The goods must be returned in protective packaging together with a document (invoice, account statement).
- The goods must not show signs of wear.| ||359

You do not need to state the reason for returning the goods. Po zkontrolování zboží Vám přijde oznámení, zda bude Vaší žádosti o vrácení zboží vyhověno. V případě přijetí vráceného zboží zpět Vám celou uhrazenou částku vrátíme nebo vyměníme za jiné zboží.

Complaints
Complaints about goods are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of a complaint, send the goods cleaned and in the original packaging, with a description of the defect and a copy of any sales document (e.g. invoice, account statement, etc.) to the supplier's address. Before shipping, it is better to contact uscontact us, sometimes just advice is enough.
